One spark that ignited a building... 

On Tuesday evening, January 22nd, 2008 I was one of three individuals who were still in the administrative office building at the Crossroads Oakford Campus when one spark ignited a fire that consumed the facilities.  The Lord miraculously spared our lives as we barely escaped in time.  I recognized then that one spark can have dangerous consequences.   

One call that mobilized a community...

As I saw the smoke and flames, I immediately called 911 and spoke with the dispatcher informing him of the fire.  That one call of help mobilized our fire and rescue departments and within a matter of minutes a massive crew went to work.  That one call started a chain reaction of spreading the news that went throughout the congregation, community and state.  I recognized then that one call can mobilize a community of people to help in a cause.
