In the Spring and Summer of 2021, I had the opportunity to spearhead and implement the “Next Experience” assimilation process at Northview Church – Kokomo Campus. I enjoyed recruiting, training, and implementing a monthly process to help attendees take steps to connect with other people in groups & teams, live generously, and help everyone know their next in their relationship with God.
